I have been fairly busy but finally had time to meet up with friends to go to the Durham comic con in North Carolina. I was so excited to finally see them after so long, my friend Anna (aka MoonWavesGaming on youtube) who I have been best friends with since college, and Anna’s friend Erin. First, I’ll recap on what happened the week leading up to this event in photos, let’s go!
Recently did my nails neon ombre with neon green slime! I was happy with my left hand here since I’m right handed, but I’ll never show you my right hand lol…
I recently bought some holographic acrylic earrings from this AliExpress shop, the store owner was very nice and I gave her permission to use my selfie for her store ^^. They are light weight and I love how the holographic material catches and shines in the light…
The con was super fun, I loved meeting and photographing so many people! There were a lot of families attending in cosplays with their children. I loved seeing little storm trooper babies, luigi’s, etc. There were some really cool Halo cosplay’s, handmade costumes etc. I didn’t cosplay, I just went as me haha! I loved trying out the Mehron clown white makeup, it’s great! I’ll make a review on just that soon. On to the con photos…

One of my favorite cosplays of the entire day!! So creative…SHARK snow white?! she was such a nice woman too.
This girl chose a spot in the convention area to pose and everything, I would wear her clothes everyday! She was doing a Gotham cosplay.
Team Rocket Nick! He was very cool, his hair contrasted nicely with his poke ball to me haha…
I loved this cuddly steampunk octopus this woman tied around her to make it look like a backpack…she had me fooled at first, haha!
I saw these two outside of the convention and I finally asked them for a photo some time later while walking around. I loved the makeup, the hair etc.

I looved watching Teen Titans as a kid! I loved these two cosplaying as Starfighter and Raven. They were both such cheery girls!
..despite Raven’s appearance, lol!
I saw “Misty” first then ran up and asked for a photo, they were such cool guys haha ^^
I was waiting for my friends when I saw this older man dressed as Odin from Thor! He was so sweet to this woman (who I found out was the aunt) of this cute little girl with Cerebral Palsy!
I showed the Odin photo to the aunt later and emailed her it, I hope they had fun at the con! They were there with others to see Gerard Way and have fun etc. The little girl above was going to dress as Elsa, it’s her favorite character right now. I liked her Elsa pants, haha.
There were a few here in the crowd (like the wolf near the top left corner) who made their own accessories, costumes etc. I love seeing all the hard work that goes into their cosplays…
Father and daughter duo! It’s Raven and her father…I love how the father is using googly eyes for his second pair of eyes. He told me instead of opting for tattoos in his cosplay, he opted for a thanksgiving theme-he mentioned there is a teen titans episode where Raven’s father comes to the tower to eat dinner with the titans. I loved seeing all the supportive, passionate parents.
I had a lot of fun photographing my friends with fans as they were recognized over and over as Papyrus and Sans from Undertale.
